Using the power of hypnosis in combination with the art and symbols that trigger and open subconscious communication, I assist clients in connecting with their inner resources through hypnosis to help them goal set regarding their problems, challenges and “soul issues”.

People can find themselves in the grip of many habits that they seem unable to control, such as nail biting, smoking, out of control eating, watching pornography to name a few. Many negative habits are self-abusive behaviors which destroy relationships and health, yet people engage in them over and over again. The causes for some "bad habits" are rooted in memories or perceptions that may be forgotten by the conscious mind and totally outside of conscious awareness, but are retained in the subconscious.

Through hypnosis you will be able to call on the power of your subconscious to end negative bad habits, and even replace them with new, positive, healthy ones. Regain self-control with hypnosis without side effects.

Does Hypnotherapy for Weight Management work?

A few  of the issues we deal with in weight loss is eating too fast, emotional eating to fill the gaps in your life such as loneliness or lack of love, using food as a reward, believing you must “clean your plate”, and the need to punish or protect oneself. Hypnotherapy can give a greater insight as to the root causes of these issues and deal with them at a subconscious level.

As humans, our computer system (or subconscious) is filled with information which can be accessed by selectively focusing inward (hypnosis). Like any computer system, your subconscious simply takes directions and follows those directions until it is given new programming. Unfortunately, similar to a computer our subconscious can be infected with a virus. Our viruses are dysfunctional habits and beliefs. It is a simple matter to rewrite a new program with more efficient programs for old habits and beliefs by using hypnosis. The role of the subconscious mind is much larger than many recognize and is brilliant in its functionality.
