Have you ever gone through the day feeling negative about everything from the moment you put your feet on the floor? You knew you were cranky but just kept on feeling negative emotions. Did you know you are giving permission for those emotions to take you over? Negative emotions need permission to have entry into our hearts.
Why give negative emotions permission to enter your heart and block the joy in your life? No one can force you to feel negative like no one can force you to be unhappy. You have the right to refusal.
To release pent – up negative emotion you can meditate and practice can repeating the mantra “Yam”.
Find a comfortable secluded place and sit comfortably. Close your eyes and focus on your heart. Imagine the light of love surrounding it and slowly chant this easy sound. According to Indian healing philosophy the energy center in the middle of your chest is connected to your heart and will respond positively to the sound “Yam”.
